What it is

W.E.S. unifies equipment maintenance, preventative-service alarms, field tickets and safety into one app, fed live by Samsara telematics. It replaces HME Eclipse, FieldCap and SiteDocs — cutting three subscriptions and the daily re-keying between them, while keeping every record in one place for audit.

Maintenance alarms run on Infracon's 250-hour interval, work orders are tracked from open to completed with all documents attached, and the whole platform is built to run on a company-owned server — your data, your system.

Tailored to Infracon's operations — Craigmont Quarry in Merritt (run by LNSS, the Lower Nicola Indian Band partnership), Cache Creek, and Hangingstone Ventures (HSV) hydrovac.

About the builder

Wes Osborne — a fleet coordinator who also builds the tools. I designed, researched and built this platform end to end: the Samsara integration, the maintenance-alarm engine and the records system.

Bring me on and Infracon gets substantially lower annual costs, fast in-house tech support, and one unified system across every mine site — maintenance, work orders, document control and safety in a single place — finally ending the double- and triple-entry happening across today's separate tools.
